2026 Excellence in Business Awards

An evening beneath the domes of the California Academy of Sciences honoring San Francisco’s business and civic leaders

The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce hosted the 2026 Excellence in Business Awards (EBBIES) on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the California Academy of Sciences. The evening, themed Panoramic Progress, brought San Francisco’s top business and civic leaders together under the Academy’s iconic architectural domes.

For generations, the EBBIES have been the City’s premier benchmark for corporate leadership, civic innovation, and community impact. This year’s celebration honored the organizations, visionaries, and changemakers who shape San Francisco’s economic and cultural heartbeat. Honorees were recognized across six categories: Excellence in Business, Non-Profit, Sustainability, Small Business, and Community Champion, and Public Servant of the Year.

The Academy setting made the night feel less like a traditional gala and more like a high-energy celebration of the city’s best. It was also a fitting symbol of the 360-degree impact the Chamber drives across all its work, uniting commerce, public policy, sustainability, inclusion, and philanthropy for the greater good.
