WELL is an intentional initiative confirming the SF Chamber’s commitment to representing all genders at all levels and across all industries.

With a focus on empowerment, leadership and education, WELL provides workplace resources, best practices, and a broad community of support for attendees to advance gender equality and workplace inclusion within their own organizations. Programs include networking events, intimate speaker series, an Executive-level Dinner, and WELL-hacked focusing on women in the tech sector and a large-format conference/summit.

WELL Conference: Be Bold. Be Brave. Be You!

This half-day event will be anchored by keynote speakers who will share their stories of leadership and how they have been bold and brave in the workplace and beyond. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with an elite selection of the San Francisco business community, learn from a diverse panel of speakers, and gain insights into how they can empower themselves and their colleagues to create a more equitable San Francisco. Content will focus on WELL’s three pillars of empowerment, leadership and education – at any stage of your career.

A part initiative of WELL, She-E-O events offer an intimate space where members of the San Francisco business community can hear from a phenomenal executive-level woman and be inspired to advance their own personal and professional development.
