What is Unitalen IP Consulting’s history in the San Francisco Bay Area?
Unitalen IP Consulting was established in late 2013 and began to operate in 2014. But far earlier than that, Unitalen Attorneys at Law, our parent company, had started working with SF law firms and supported many activities on the local IP platform, including sponsoring the McCarthy Law Symposium of USF. Meanwhile, quite a few of our parent company’s long-time international clients are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are not consulting on US IP laws; instead, we provide consultancy and information on China IP laws. We work with legal partners and clients on their IP legal issues in the Far East. To most people who are not familiar with China IP law firms, our parent company is one of the largest IP law firms in China with the most trademarks and patent filing in the country. Our team of litigation lawyers has been recognized by China Supreme Court as one of “the most outstanding IP legal teams”.
